Returns

If you not entirley satisfied with your print – please email us on hello@lormullerart.co.za so we can discuss a refund or an exchange.

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is damaged.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 2 working weeks, unless otherwise stated.

All orders will only be shipped on Fridays. Extra lead times can be expected for high volume orders or for custom requests. Should there be any unforeseen delays, we will communicate with you.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note we do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes.
