Which payment methods do you use and are they safe?

We use PayFast which is a secure and trusted company, renowned within SA.

 

What paper do you use?

We use Felix Schoeller True Fibre 200 gsm paper.

 

Where are you based?

Our offices are based in Cape Town.

 

What size prints do you offer?

We have recommended what sizes are suitable for each print. We offer A1, A2, A3, A4, A5 and A6.
Not all sizes are available per artwork.

 

Why do you not offer the frame solution?

We believe that art and the frame needs to work with your own personal preferences and the look/feel and colour scheme within your own environment.
We can recommend FRAMED who are based in Cape Town. They are great!

 

Is all your artwork original?

Yes, every item that is available on the site has been hand-drawn or painted by Lor Muller. No images have been bought online.
They are 100% original, which we now offer in print format.

 

Tell me more about the quality of the digital print?

We work with one of the top fine art digital printers in Cape Town. We scan the originals at a very high resolution. We do not screen print.
All our prints are printed in Cape Town and then shipped across the country.

 

Which courier company do you use?

We use The Courier Guy for all our shipping.

 

Can I get art commissioned?

Yes, send us an email and we will get back to you. We will need references and guidance as to what you would like.
All commissioned pieces are quoted for individually.

 

How much are the shipping/courier fees ?

There are 3 price ranges, this is determined based on where you stay. Once you have filled in your address details and postal code, it will let you know the fee.
Cape Town @ R 69 Inc Vat, major centres @ R 74.75 Inc Vat, regional & outlying centres @ R 149.50 Inc Vat

 

What packaging do you use when sending the parcels out?

For A6, A5, A4 prints we use a padded envelope. For A3, A2, A1 we use a posting tube.

 

How long will my print take to get to me?

We currently have a 7 – 10 day lead time. Should this change we will inform you.
We will send through a tracker number via email once your order has been placed.
